Luxecierge expands on the concept of property rental through the lens of boutique management. The company takes care of the management for their homeowners’ vacation homes by providing them the peace of mind that their homes are in great hands while also providing a slew of unique services to help them grow and maximize their revenue.
- Process
Luxecierge was founded by a group of real estate, construction, marketing, and hospitality experts that were dissatisfied with their experience with the large property management companies present in the Coachella Valley area which proved the market was ripe for disruption.
The initial goal was to an entire brand identity and marketing materials in a clean, professional, yet disruptive way that will help the company to stand out from their competitors and make an impact in the real estate market.
An excellent results and cooperation led to another task – landing page development.
